Transcript Upload Instructions:
1. Include your student’s first and last name in the file name: firstname_lastname_transcript.pdf
2. Click “Add Files” and select your image from your computer.
3. Enter your email address below the upload form.
4. Include the following information in the message box:
– FIRST AND LAST NAME
– EMAIL ADDRESS
– HIGH SCHOOL AFFILIATION
5. Click Submit.
6. Once the web page refreshes, you should see the following text: YOUR FILES HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED.
