High School Transcript Upload

GUIDANCE COUNSELORS:
Please upload PDF files only. Follow the upload instructions below to upload a transcript for each student you are recommending to REACH Memphis.

1. Use the following format for naming the transcript file: studentfirstname_studentlastname_highshool_TR.pdf

2. Click “Add Files” and select the appropriate transcript file from your computer.

3. Enter your email address below the upload form.

4. Include the following information in the message box:
– FIRST AND LAST NAME
– EMAIL ADDRESS
– HIGH SCHOOL AFFILIATION

5. Click Submit.

6. Once the web page refreshes, you should see the following text: YOUR FILES HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED.
